MMBL CyberSkills and NIS Sparta join hands for ITES
MMBL CyberSkills, franchisee in Sri Lanka for NIIT and NIS Sparta, one of the leading performance enhancement solutions companies in Asia, announced their partnership to offer IT Enabled Services (ITES) training programs in Sri Lanka.
The program will offer training in communication skills, telephony skills, etiquette, teleselling, persuasion skills, customer handling, accent orientation, and English language. These subjects are mostly required in the call center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Participants will receive basic and advanced level certificates in call center professional training. The Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) has approved the curriculums and endorsed MMBL CyberSkills as an authorized training partner for the ITES industry in Sri Lanka.
Sanjeev Duggal, President and CEO, NIS Sparta said, "In today's competitive world, the BPO industry has emerged as a major market and is continuously growing, with people becoming the key to this operation. The use of call centers is progressing rapidly due to the importance attached by companies towards customer care, telemarketing, and telebanking. With this partnership we will bring about international standards in optimization and quality in the call center industry in Sri Lanka. We aim at providing comprehensive human resource effectiveness solutions. The candidates are also sensitized to cultural issues to enable them to understand the customer and deal accordingly. Stress management and team building are other important areas for this industry and are an intricate part of our offering."
